Resolve Payment and Funding Issues

Did You fund your wallet using Bank Transfer and your funds are not reflecting in your Hawkit Wallet? You can resolve your payment and funding issues on this page.


You need to first understand that the reason why the funds you transferred is not appearing in your wallet is because you transferred an incomplete amount. So here is how it works:

  1. Let us say you want to fund your wallet with N1,000. You go to your Fund Wallet Page on the Hawkit site or app and then you enter N1,000 as the amount you want to fund your wallet with. You will then select Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method

  2. Then our payment partner which is Flutterwave will generate a temporary Bank Account (which will last for just 15mins) for you to complete this transaction.

  3. After the temporary bank account has been generated, a NEW amount will be shown to you. This new amount will include an additional charge by Flutterwave depending on the amount you want to fund your wallet. For example, if you want to fund your wallet with N1,000, then N1,015 will be shown to you

  4. You have to transfer the exact NEW amount shown to you to the generated bank account shown to you by Flutterwave within 15minutes. If you fail to transfer the right amount, the transaction will fail and the money will NOT reflect in your Hawkit Wallet

  5. In the event of a failed transaction, Flutterwave will reverse any amount you transferred back into your bank account within 48hrs.

    If you didn't get a reversal back within 48hrs, you don't have to worry. All you have to do is fill the Reversal Form shown below with the right and adequate information. We will send this information to Flutterwave and they will process your reversal within 7 working days.

    Please we do not advise you to use POS Agents or bank Deposit slips to fund your wallet because it is very hard to trace and recover in the event of a failed transaction. Only use your personal bank account mobile app for the transfer so that you can easily get a reversal if the transaction fails.

Simply fill the Fund Reversal Form below with the right information. You will need the 30-digit SESSION ID which is generated after a bank transfer has occured. You can contact your bank customer support via chat or email for the 30-Digit SESSION ID.

Please note that your Hawkit account will be blocked and terminated if you file for a reversal when your wallet has actually been funded. If you pay for membership, your membership money will NOT reflect in your wallet since you have already used the funds to activate your membership.
